Am having goose bumps all over my body. God lives. I believe in you lord. It's garbage. the dating they use (1250 BC) to start out with is wrong. The Exodus actually happened approximately 1446 BC, placing the Israelites' arrival there around 1650 BC. Joseph was sold into slavery to Ishmaelites, and then taken to Egypt around 1707 BC, and the rest of the family arrived a few decades later. I stopped watching it after they used the wrong date to prove the Exodus didn't happen. if they can't even get the date right, then build their case on that misinformation. nuff said. The Exodus DID happen. God's Word stands forever and ever.

I know we are luminous souls for that I do believe there is a God and an afterlife that continues with my internal energy. There has to be an evolutionary point in mankinds future to stop killing each other but how do you flip that switch? I wish I knew maybe through genetics? But for now I will stick with God.

I'm saudi citizen I have been living there 12 years ago when no one know these places very well spacilly in media even the saudis themslefs. i saw strange places there and the area is full of undiscovered monuments. I'm Muslim and we beleive in Moses and everything He done. However You should try to look to the mountain at midnight you will feel something strange. Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2019 The first movie in the series is as advertised and is really good. The second movie in the series, 'Patterns of Evidence: The Moses Controversy' was also really good, but the preview leads most people to believe that the movie is going to get into the physical evidence for the Red Sea crossing, which there is great evidence for, including chariot wheels, etc. that have been found, as well as the physical evidence for the Mount Sinai, the massive split rock that Moses struck, etc. Instead the movie only focused on if Moses could and did write the first books of the Bible, which was fine and important, but honestly if people don't believe that, there is no reason for people to believe the rest of the Bible, which is demonstrated in the movie. The other somewhat disappointing thing about the movie, was that they never mention Ron Wyatt when they briefly state that there is evidence for the Red Sea crossing, etc. Ron Wyatt was the original discoverer of the correct Red Sea crossing location, the path the Israelites took, and many other discoveries. Ron Wyatt's discoveries are so amazing and profound, his discoveries also have caused many people to deseminate disinformation to try and muddy the waters for Ron Wyatt's discoveries, which might be why Ron Wyatt's name is not mentioned in the film, but anyone doing a lot of digging into Ron Wyatt will discover that there are ample reasons to believe that many of his discoveries have merit. Perhaps this series will continue and provide evidence into the other physical discoveries made. The Patterns of Evidence films are well worth watching! Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2019 I like Tim Mahoney, he is just so unassuming and friendly, yet he digs deeply, intelligently and fairly to uncover lost, hidden, forgotten, despised, rejected strands of evidence that each have a crucial part to play in telling the true story, when taken all together. Another thrilling journey. Yes, the evidence is all there that Moses DID write the Torah / Pentateuch, as stated in the Torah and traditionally believed. Yes, the evidence is all there to the rigorous standards of true Science - which, sadly, many scientists today neglect. Yes, the evidence is all there that Moses' people were largely literate - by the end of the Exodus, even if not in the beginning. I guess that what frightens academics is the thought of standing out, being a black sheep, taking miracles seriously. But the evidence is all there that miracles do happen, have happened, and can happen, even on a vast scale on rare but significant occasions eg the Sun's strange movement at Fatima, reported but - hey, that can't happen! - kneejerk dismissal and forgetting by most people. Yet not only was it witnessed by a great number, but also it parallels happenings reported in the Bible (in one encounter of Isaiah and Hezekiah, a sighting seen also by Babylon's astronomers) and more recently, in Medjugorje. So hats off once again to Tim Mahoney for producing a video every Church should see - as well as every intelligent theologian. I think there is a lot more in this direction to be found. We already have the extraordinary work of Ron Wyatt (now deceased but his material is still available). The extraordinary story of Joseph Smith also deserves looking at - a story touching Old Testament apocalyptic history. One does not have to become a Mormon to recognize that here is a significant story that belongs to the whole further unfolding of Christianity. And in practising "Whatsoever things are true... honest... just... pure... lovely... of good report... think on these things" I sense that there is important material to uncover showing that Abraham too was literate, inherited ancient records, passed them on, and taught his descendants literacy as being of crucial importance to a "chosen race".
